ART 1
Grades 9-12....2 semesters....1 credit

This is the prerequisite for all other art classes. The course will enable the student to become visually sensitive to the world in which he/she lives. This course will develop around the elements of art and basic design principles which will be the basis for experiences in drawing and painting and basic design. Critical evaluation is included.
