Recognized Christ-like Campus
Faith development is a continuing process and an ingredient of all programs and experiences. Faculty and staff model Christ through their beliefs and actions. Students are encouraged to share questions and feelings as a part of their personal faith development. Students are encouraged to put their faith in action through service events at school, church and in the community. Worship experiences provide opportunities for students to actively participate in the faith development of themselves and their peers.
Recognized Leading Christian High School
Concordia Academy meets and exceeds the Texas high school graduation requirements.
Students are nurtured and challenged daily through coursework in the Christian faith and weekly chapel services.
As students prepare for their college experience, Concordia Academy offers honors level courses and university credits though the “backpack program” because of the relationship with Concordia University.
A fully equipped computer lab provides students with the current technology and skills needed to excel in the future.
A science program that uses the joint resources and facilities of Concordia Academy and Concordia University to provide an enhanced curriculum.
Recognized Leadership Development
Concordia Academy offers programs through, fine arts, athletics, and extra curricular activities that challenge our students to leave their personal comfort zone and discover their spiritual gifts and talents.
Leadership is developed and enhanced through experiences beyond the classroom.
Students participate in student government and athletic programs that develop a sense of pride, respect, and discipline.
Fine arts provide an arena for students to perform which help in the development of self confidence.
Student leadership development is further enhanced through use of experiential learning activities. Time and energy is given to the development of leadership retreats and activities on and off campus. These activities promote positive risk taking and better equip students to make good life choices.
